• I loved Nancy. She was amazing at doing nails and super sweet. I will say though my sister had the guy and he was super rude. I was getting my nails done pink & glitter and my sister decided she wanted to get the same after thinking about it so apparently my nail tech (Nancy) had my colors out which I was unaware of and so he asked if those colors were the once's I picked out and I said "I don't think so" but told him the flat book by the chairs is where I got the color #s from and he came back after holding the colors to my face saying "I thought you said it wasn't these! These are the colors!" And my sister and I got offended naturally. We are coming back just not for him. You shouldn't talk to your clients / customers in that way. It's not my job to know if those are the colors I'm using or if they were out from the previous client. He needs to work on his customer service... if Nancy wasn't so nice and the owner who came and gave us waters wasn't so sweet I wouldn't be returning.
