• Absolutely the best! Quality facilities, unbelievable therapists, and the best customer service I have ever seen. I am able to effortlessly schedule my appointments and when I get there the massages are outstanding. I highly recommend the Serendipity experience to everyone I meet.

• I very much enjoyed my massage w/Luz and will certainly book w/her again. My only other feedback is that upon check-out she asked if I wanted to add a gratuity (I'd left cash on the table.) That always feels a bit inappropriate and/or awkward to me. I'd never been asked that before at SWS. In fact, I quit going to another place because they were so "in my face" about gratuities.

• I had an excellent deep tissue 60 minute massage by Vanessa the other day (3/18/16). She was able to target all of the tight spots on my body and provide much needed relief. I have had other services with them (e.g. facials, aromatherapy) and they have all been first rate. I highly recommend Serendipity Wellness Studio!

• Yes. Ravi was an outstanding racialist. My skin was thoroughly cleaned and glowing. The facial massage was the best I ever had. Luz was a talented massage therapist.
