• I was given a full hour massage Some places say 60 minutes, but they walk in 10 min after visit starts. I had undivided attention for 65 minutes. Appreciated that the technician allowed me to relax vs asking a lot of questions or making small talk. Massage therapist knew what she was doing. I felt like she utilized professional physical therapy skills in realigning muscles , ACL, tendons, and effective circulation techniques. I didn't feel reprimanded for ignoring the wellness of my muscular and joint pain due to my occupation and commitments to others. Instead I felt encouraged that someone was going to help me put Humpty Dumpty back together again, I left with hope, and more importantly, my body felt really good and it hasn't felt that way in a long time. She unlocked a lot of tension, and stress that was long overdue. Thank you It isn't just a place to get relaxed for one hour, it's a path to total wellness throughout.
