• The waiting area was relaxing. Serendipity was clean and had lots of rooms. Receptionist was polite and friendly. I had Sara and she knew her stuff. Explained what she was putting on my face. When I asked her a question about the facial, her experience, serendipity offers, she answered very confidently. I was relaxed and enjoyed. I would recommend her.
