• Barry is wonderful and the facility is nice and conveniently located. While understandable, the COVID fee, form required etc. make it a little cumbersome so that's why I chose 9 vs 10.

• Connie was extremely attentive. Before she got started she asked a million questions about how, when and what not regarding my stiff neck. I appreciated that so much. Not only did she listened to my needs, she also made sure I was doing okay while she was trying to loosen my back. I also want to mentioned that not a single moment I felt "at risk". Serendipity is handling the new normal(COVID) very well! From the questionnaire, to when you walked in; is well handled. I am truly impressed and thank you!
