• For more than 10 years I have received a custom Therapeutic Massage that is never the same twice because my needs are different each time. But Jennifer not only focuses on needs I am aware of but even manages to uncover tightness or stiffness in areas I wasn't aware needed extra TLC

• The waiting area was relaxing. Serendipity was clean and had lots of rooms. Receptionist was polite and friendly. I had Sara and she knew her stuff. Explained what she was putting on my face. When I asked her a question about the facial, her experience, serendipity offers, she answered very confidently. I was relaxed and enjoyed. I would recommend her.
