• I called on Sunday because I had a sudden pain in my hip. The person answering the phone went the extra mile to contact a therapist about staying late to help me. She called right back and was very supportive. Trena was excellent. She focused on my problem area and showed me exercises. Great personal service. I was also greeted pleasantly by Eric when I came in. Just a great client experience.
