• The atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful, and my therapist was very attentive to my needs and I felt comfortable speaking up when something had to be adjusted. Also, the breast pad made lying on my front so much more comfortable than in other massages I've had.

• I like to work out but now that I'm in my forties my body takes longer to recover. Some massages are relaxing in the moment but don't really improve body function and mobility afterwards. Tonya’s massages are the best because she addresses the aches and pains and afterwards my body feels much better!
