I have problematic skin with adult acne and she pre plans each visit so I'm not waiting and wasting time talking about my regimen, she already knows it. I LOVE being surprised with money off rewards at check out!!! Huge bonus. Lastly, all the gals there are great! Jen has some of the best nail colors and is the bomb at getting after the callouses and cuticle! It's always a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
