• Mel at Serendipity Spa truly provides the best facial in the Des Moines area. She is so friendly and welcoming when you arrive. The space is peaceful and relaxing. She customizes your facial to what your skin needs. The arm and shoulder massage is incredible!! I always doze off during my session and definitely leave feeling recharged. They also provide a wide variety of skin care products and will help you select the right ones for what your skin care needs are. Truly a hidden GEM in wide variety of Spa's that are in the metro area.
