• I have been a customer for many years and have had great experiences at Serendipity from pedicures, massages & leg waxes. There are two employees that stand out to me. Jennifer at the front desk is the first employee. She always answers the phone or greets customers in person with a welcoming & friendly smile. She clearly loves what she does and is very good at her job. Myla is the other employee. She is excellent at waxing & an absolute pleasure to deal with. Both employees are an asset to Serendipity. Be sure to treat them well as employees. It's difficult to find outstanding employees like this, that are reliable.
