From booking the appt, the positive and friendly customer service I received in the reminders, the willingness to accommodate my requests to remain comfortable at my appt around COVID protocols. The actual massage was incredible and very relaxing. It was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend serendipity and plan to give the gift of your massage to someone for Christmas ❤️
