• The appointment was easy to set up, I got a call and reminders to make sure that the services would run smoothly and on time. My technician (Jenny I think?) was very professional, clearly telling me everything that was going on, she gave me some choices and did everything cleanly and with plenty of attention. Very personable. And the check out process was totally easy and smooth. Really couldn't ask for anything more!
