• I had a prepaid package of Swedish massages - and my masseuse is Laura. On the most recent visit I requested a deep tissue massage. The massage from Laura was wonderful as always. However, I was disappointed that there were two scheduling snafus - The first was when I was booked with someone named Dave. The scheduler actually suggested the scheduling error was my fault assuming I had done it online and not "locked it". Huh? I had booked my appointment with Laura, as always, in person. I did not want a massage with Dave so I rebooked with Laura and left. The second scheduling snafu was when they bumped my rescheduled appointment by 20 mins and notified me the day before. As I was leaving, I requested credit for the up charge for the deep tissue massage due to the scheduling mistakes and the supervisor gracefully agreed. Again, Laura is wonderful and the supervisor was gracious.
