• Excellent service all the way around, from the front desk to my facialist and back to the front desk again. I received a gift card to Serendipity and it is the first spa I have ever been to. It felt comfortable asking questions and going through that experience as a newbie - I actually enjoyed it so much that I will continue to go even once my gift card runs out! Can't recommend enough.
