• I always have an excellent experience at serendipity. The ladies there are always so friendly, and professional. I love the Fact that the services are in a house setting, and it makes it feel more personal and intimate, like you are the only one there, even if there are other people around. These are some of the reasons why I keep coming back, and would highly recommend serendipity to anyone.

• Myla does a wonderful job. I wasn't feeling great so I was quiet and she respected that.shes been there for years and I was grateful to get an appointment with her. All of the gals are great though. Never had a bad experience.

• The scheduler did everything they could to fit us in on a kind of short notice. EVERYONE was pleasant and helpful. Kristen, who did my granddaughter's teen facial was clearly knowledgeable and sensitive to teenager needs. I sat in on the service so I got to see everything she did. Just excellent! I didn't get to see the work of the providers who did my granddaughter's pedicure, or my sister's manicure, I got great reports on them also. Overall, just an excellent experience for us all.!!!
