• First of all your timing is always punctual. I don't have to wait. The service is polite and friendly and professional. The location is great and the space is clean. It's the most relaxing facial I ever had. I could almost fall asleep. I always feel and look amazing afterwards. The "facelift" effect really works! I am making it part of my beauty routine as it's worth the expense.

• Quality service. The only downside is that the online booking platform is complicated and it's hard to find what is available for each specific day - you can only search for a specific treatment and there are too many options. So if you want to find an appointment for a specific day (no preference for type) it can be hard to find. Everything else is prefect :)
