• I am in the area because of the montecito mudslides I have a conditional to get a haircut or color in sometime I called Serandi Salon after reading your previous and was so fortunate to be able to get in almost right away! Arlene is amazing and gave me the best haircut and color I’ve ever had; now I guess I will travel to Laguna Beach to get my hair done! EVERYONE was kind and helpful.
