• Clear concise direction on how you're going to assist me was given , you provided a supportive environment with the training and the trainer l had was great. The gym is very set up with nice surroundings to detract from the fact that it is exercise and it's a rather welcoming entrance with a well lit area and nice counter suppling water etc a great atmosphere and equipment is well maintained .
