• I didn't appreciate that your phone always always goes to voice mail first I've called 10 times and it is always answered by voicemail and bunch of damn press this button, press that button. Not smart does not appeal to your middle age demographic. BUT when the office attendant called me back she could not have been nicer. Also appreciate phone call reminders of my appointments, thank you. The nurse Nicole was so careful, friendly, down to earth and did not try to over selll me services to the point of me walking out feeling like ugly because I didn't get filler or lift or facial or a cellulite treatment. I have 4-10 days to see how my Botox treatment worked but I will tell you...if good? I will tell all my friends and be back. I live at the Pinnacle!
