• I have very difficult hair to deal with...it's been many a stylists' nightmare! Anyway, Patti deals with it with such grace, charm, professionalism, and talent. Even though I know going into the second and sometimes third hour (and that last half an hour just to dry it) she's tired, but won't let it show.
