Lauren gave me one of the best massages I had in a long time. She also educated me a little when massaging me about certain areas being tights and what I could do at home to keep them loose! The only reason I gave a 9 is because the gal at the front desk wasn’t paying attention very well. She asked me my name multiple times.

The whole process from scheduling an appointment to completing my service was very smooth. The customer relations person was able to look up a gift card that I had misplaced...that was so helpful! I enjoyed just sitting in your lounge waiting to be called back. My service was relaxing, the music was so calming. I didn't realize, until I was at the spa, how much I needed to just relax. I will be scheduling a massage as soon as all the amenities open back up. Thank you!
