It was my very first pedicure at the age of 51 and I don't like my feet touched My specialist made me feel comfortable with a calming energy and explained each process to help ease my anxiety. As for My Massage. It was My First individual massage and was very anxious about being in a room without my partner normally we schedule couples massages. Jess was able to notice I was a little unsettled she had a very positive and calming energy about her and was able to calm my nerves by simply creating small talk and then directing questions on where I would like my areas of focus to be. I am never disappointed when we visit Utah and schedule a pamper day at Sego Lily Spa
