• My therapist was awesome, worked out some knots in my shoulder and I felt fantastic when I left. She also gave me some stretching exercises to do -- which I did this morning -- and some advice on how to sleep with pillows. Advice was spot on!

• I had pain in my right shoulder from playing a lot of tennis. And I had a tournament coming up in 2 days. After the massage I got from Michael Chase, my pain diminished enough to where I feel 90% free of that pain, and I can continue to play.
