• Everyone, from the people at the desk to Kourtney who did fillers and Botox, they were all kind, professional, explained everything, and never pressured me to do something extra ( in terms of financial gain). After my work was done and I was paying my bill they asked me if I was a member of a thing , I think called Ally to see if I qualified for a discount and checked though I didn't even know I was a member- to see if I was and if I qualified ; they told me about a special that was running at the salon that day that I wasn't even aware of so I would save for the work I already had done. They were looking out for me, and treating me with kindness though it was only my first visit. The two women at the front desk (I'm so sorry I can't remember off hand their names ...I will call back to find out) and Kourtney immediately struck me as genuine, trustworthy and you will never lose me as a client. I don't know how I'll look when everything settles down (Juvederm Voluma and Botox) but I know it's going to look great because Kourtney was professional, honest and explained everything . I felt minute one that she was an expert at what she was doing and that I could trust her recommendations and her work. I had a good friend (who is deadly honest) that I saw 30 minutes after say "I can already tell you are going to look amazing ...not overdone but refreshed," and that sealed it.
