• Kylie is so kind and patient when I was a little nervous with my first cool sculpting session. She was super flexible in rescheduling for the last application. The establishment feels glamorous and professional and clean; and I like that it's smaller/not busy since cool sculpting is vulnerable. There's not a bunch of receptionists and technicians walking around like at a waxing place or LaserAway. Kylie is the shit
