Well...I started on first week of Nov 2020 and with good diet also Ive lost 22 lbs. I mostly use the sculpt lights ,sauna pod and cryo chamber. I feel like they are very good for detoxing. Im 52 and my menapause symptoms are 100 times better. My joints dont hurt anymore. My energy level has improved drastically too...so much that Ive started back running and Im up to 3.5 miles 5 days a week...I have IBS and Gastroperesus and Ive really struggled to lose weight even if I was on a very strict diet, nothing would come off. Since going to Sculpt, my stomach and digestion have improved so much that I've been able to get off the meds I was on(that contained steroids). Its really made my health improve!!!....And everything is very clean and that is huge for me because I struggle with OCD/germs etc. Last but not least, the girls are all so nice and helpful..:) thanku!!
