Staff friendly and great at accommodating our needs. Would give a 10 except the sauna is usually takes a long time to warm up to a sweating temp. Wish it had a manual temp adjustment so we didn't have to spend 40-50 min to break a sweat.

First off, the staff is amazing. They are kind, helpful, and don't judge you. That alone creates SUCH a welcoming atmosphere. The prices are completely reasonable and make therapy there doable for the average person! And, most of all, the treatments actually are beneficial! There are multiple options and usually always a time to squeeze something in.
