Brought my 14 year old son in one day after he severely sprained his ankle. Chad did a spot treatment on his ankle and my son said "it feels so much better!" My son was got a able to get a good nights rest. He can't wait to return for another treatment to help his healing process.

I recommend scheduling a free consultation to look at thebefore and after pictures of some of their clients. They have packagesthat make each session more affordable than one time sessions. Iwould highly recommend scheduling an appointment if you havequestions.

I really enjoyed the yoga class with Molly! She was excellent at teaching and making everyone feel comfortable! It was a great workout and relaxing at the same time! I was sore the next day! I will be back!
