  • I always recommend Sculpt to anyone who is looking for a new challenge, or wants more of a personal/smaller group feeling to their workout. I think the fact that I have been with Sculpt since it first opened many years ago (with a several year hiatus) speaks to the fact that the work out is approachable and sustainable. I just love it... it's the workout that makes my body the happiest!
