• The studio was clean and provided fresh towels and bottled water which was lovely. The teacher was wonderful and provided great instruction

• It's an amazing work out: intense and difficult (although one can always rest or modify), an efficient use of my one precious exercise hour, it feels safe and is low impact. And Mary and the other teachers are competent, friendly, professional, and flexible.
