Love love love the morning workouts and the lift in energy before going into a hard day of work. It gives me the strength before the rest of the world wakes up. Would love a 5 or 530 class a 2-3 days a week or a meditation version of the sculp'd machine series on Sunday early evening too! This is a mind and body experience that has elevated me as an executive and a human and I'm so grateful. I've been out of town for a couple of months with work and a family emergency unable to use my membership but I'm back and feel wonderful about this tribe at Sculp'd. Thank you, team!!
