Every instructor has their own style. It's nice to be surprised by the level of difficulty I'll get each class. Natalie's class at 4:30 yesterday was exactly what I needed. (something challenging). Pilates is enjoyable here.
The class with Lawren was great! The music helped me get through my first Pilates workout. I’ll definitely be back!
