Friendly and welcoming environment & challenging classes!
I love Monique's class! I've had a few different instructors but I truly enjoy her. The playlist is always good and I enjoy how she corrects you in the workout. Ensuring that you get the best workout possible!
The class was fun, engaging, and the studio was clean. Also, the instructor was very nice and went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. She even went as far as taking time after class to teach me modifications of some of the moves we did to accommodate my knee injury. This demonstrated to me just how much Sculp'd values their customers which is not common in this space.
