Lawren was an amazing instructor. Though this was my first Pilates class, I was able to keep up with her instructions. Her music category kept me entertained and I actually feel the workout in my core. I look forward to coming back!
Challenging but doable class. Knowledgeable and friendly instructor. Clean and bright space. Easy parking.
