Classes are challenging yet motivating. I can tell I'm working muscles that i didn't even know existed! All the instructors and staff are super friendly & welcoming from the second you walk in.
I love this place, it has such a great variety of classes and wonderful staff.
Sculp'd provides a great full body workout with motivating and knowledgeable instructors and clean facilities.
Tough workouts that show results. I like all of the different types of class options and not one class is the same.
