Nicole is an amazing instructor. I love that the studio is close to my home and Nicole works with me and knows my strength even when I can't see or feel it myself

Great instructors. Great atmosphere. Lots of time options. I've been attending for a little over a year and have noticed a difference in my body. I'm a lot more toned and strong.
I worked muscles that I haven't in a while. The class went by really fast and I enjoyed how fast paced it was with interesting flow movements.
