I always enjoy the classes. The staff are professional and the classes are a great way to boost health and fitness.
Great facilities and instructors, cool music playlists during class. Overall, a well thought out and curated atmosphere that makes the thought of exercise less daunting.
This is my first ‘go’ at Pilates and I am loving it! Lucy has been welcoming and her teaching is spot on, challenging but achievable. And all this takes place in a beautifully designed space.
