I am relatively new to Pilates but find the reception girls and all the instructors extremely friendly and helpful
Great classes - really varied and always interesting and different. Great space too - lovely interior
No matter who you encounter, everyone is so warm and welcoming. I'm never embarrassed if I can't do something, or am struggling to make it through class on low energy days; there's always lots of options to make it easier or super spicy or even pause for a hot minute. It's just an all round lovely space to be.
The teachers are fantastic, the space itself is always so clean and gorgeous, there are plenty of classes at all times of the day, and it really feels like it’s own little community. A special shout out to the brilliant Ellen on the front desk who is friendly, unflappable, a fun at remembering everyone’s names, and runs a killer barre class to boot.
Is it Lenny? The instructor 4:30pm on Friday? She was brilliant.
