• I have been greeted promptly when entering salon and everyone is chill and happy. I don't have to wait. Basically it's non pretentious in a somewhat pretentious location (during Summer) wonderful hair stylist

• Paula did the best highlights on my hair. It took longer than expected but they worked until 7 to get it done. It looks so fabulous it was absolutely worth the wait. I got asked multiple times if I wanted anything to drink and they are so kind and polite. I always love my experience when I come to Scarlett Rose but Paula blew me away. My hair looks so good and beat my expectations completely. Always coming back.
