• I never felt rushed and I had no idea what I wanted to do with my hair. Flavia was excellent, and I really appreciated her advice and professionalism. The assistant was kind and made me feel very relaxed and stress free. The front desk was more than accommodating and she was also very knowledgeable and I valued her opinion since we have similar hair type.
