I had another fabulous facial by Maria! She is incredibly knowledgeable and she customized your facial accordingly. It is a luxury I will never give up! But more then that it’s maintenence which is very important especially as you age! Thanks for A+ service every time. Dara welcomes everyone with the most sincere and warmest greeting! Cecilia is great! The receptionist was lacking the level of warmth that I appreciate in a spa experience. She did her job effectively but in my interaction with her and that of another guest, she focused way more on the details of the transaction (club membership discount, credits, etc.) vs the customer experience. As the front of the house, that’s critical. I suggest allow her more lead way to make the “right” choice for customer relationships.

My wife and I have been massage club members since our second massage almost 9 years ago. Never in all that time have we thought about quitting and going elsewhere despite numerous choices much closer to our home. The owner, Bianca, and the entire staff are so friendly, professional, and attentive to every need. Any time says something about needing a massage, we both always suggest they check out SB Spa in Tampa. And if you have read this far—so should you!
