The staffs were very nice and welcoming. The ambience was vety soothing and calming. My deep tissue massage was done by Tabita and it was heavenly. She listened to my trouble areas and injurires and provided me with some stretchings as well to ensure my body received all the TLC. It was my first time at SB and it surely made my 50-min drive a worthwhile!
