• Was warmly welcomed by Amber. Was given a lovely tour of the space and informed of other services offered. After a lovely choice of beverage, was given a nice cup of tea. The space is serene and every inch is full of calm intention. The instructor was informative, and gave many options for each yoga pose. Although it was my first time with Aerial Restorative Yoga with me versus the silk, Amber was very sweet and patient (and did not laugh). Thank you for a wonderful experience.
