• $15 soak off fee was a bit much and definitely more expensive by $10 compared to other places. Difficult when powder dip is nearly impossible to take off without the assistance of a tech

• Because first impressions are everything so our greeting when my friend and I walked in was warm, friendly and they new who we were, the glass of water wasnice. The waiting area was calming and both the facial and massages were clear, precise and soothing when they spoke to us
