• The facility is always clean. Staff friendly. The sauna feels great and goes up to 145, which is higher than others I've tried in the past. I love the light therapy and my oat bites. I think its a great business.

• Every bit of our experience was outstanding. From the minute we entered the studio, we felt welcomed, relaxed and happy to be there! The space was very inviting, clean and well organized. Lauren was incredibly patient with our questions and had wonderful energy. Not only would I recommend the studio, we purchased a package and can't wait to return.
