• Prior to last night my old body felt painful just about everywhere daily after a long abscence. Today nearly all the pain is not as noticeable. I believe the 45 minute session from last night is truly the reason for this. Infra red therapy does work and so i will continue to keep coming back on a weekly plan. Thanks Gina!!
