• Love the environment...clean & soothing. Love the staff...very nice, helpful and always take time to "introduce" newcomers to the saunas. Very clear description & explanation of the benefits of this type of sauna including the option of color therapy. The saunas are set in private , individual rooms and very comfortable. You have the option of choosing your favorite music to listen to while enjoying your sauna time. I encourage everyone to have a sauna experience! I know every time I go in my body is in a state of tension, tight & stressed ...after my session I feel so relaxed and calm, it's wonderful! Oh, by the way the cost is very reasonable, too😄!
