• I absolutely loved the Sauna experience! It feels so good to be able to sweat and be warm in such a cold climate like Syracuse. I loved the relaxing music and ability to play whatever music you want and watch Netflix. The room was extremely private and clean. Also the fire cider is a must. Overall amazing experience and am looking forward to going back!
