• Gina was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The studio was beautiful, inviting and comforting. The sauna was amazing and I felt refreshed and invigorated. My mood went from depressed to happy. It was an amazing experience. I can't wait to go back again.

• Sauna is not super hot. Not much info from staff...example, I didn't know there was a cold cloth until after when I saw another employee take it out of the fridge. I missed out
