• Within my first three 45 minute sauna sessions, the infrared sauna drastically changed the trajectory of a number of distressing physical and psychological health symptoms. Most notably, a drastic improvement in energy levels, blood pressure, attention span/concentration, mood, resting heart rate, flushing, and electrolyte balance. In addition, there has been an instantaneous and significant improvement in my sleep quality and quantity.
